RX Solutions is launching the Metrology Series, a line of CT systems dedicated to industrial 3D metrology. Available on the EasyTom S and L platforms, they deliver precision meeting VDI/VDE 2630-1.3 standards, thanks to a high-precision, thermally regulated architecture. The Metrology Series CT systems enable internal and external dimensional inspection in a single scan, featuring advanced software and full traceability.

RX Solutions unveils Horus, a module integrated into X-Act that transforms your reconstruction capabilities. With no hardware investment, Horus significantly improves reconstruction quality by reducing artifacts and beam hardening, enabling the reconstruction of previously unusable parts: metallic components, multi-material assemblies, and high-density objects.

In Neuenburg, Nemera combines the Mitutoyo metrology industrial park and now high-performance industrial tomography thanks to the EasyTom S from RX Solutions to secure the precision of pharmaceutical devices produced on a large scale.

The RX Solutions sample loader enables an X-ray tomograph from the Explorer, Nano, or Force series to automatically perform sequential scans of 5 to 10 samples without operator intervention—even overnight or over the weekend. Integrated directly into the cabinet, it requires no additional floor space, can be ordered with the system or added as a retrofit, and is operated entirely via the X-Act software.

The EasyTom L 450 high-energy & high resolution tomograph combines a 450 kV meso-focus source (40 µm resolution) with a 150 kV micro-focus source (5 µm resolution). Compact and easy to install.
