RX Solutions is a French manufacturer of computed tomography systems whose core mission is to unlock the full potential of industrial CT for R&D, Quality, and Production through best-in-class solutions and services.

At RX Solutions, corporate responsibility is first and foremost embedded in robust governance, built on regulatory compliance, transparency, and respect for ethical principles. This approach applies across all our activities and throughout our business relationships, in France and internationally.
 
As some of our activities are linked to the defense sector, we are committed to maintaining exemplary governance, particularly with regard to export controls, international sanctions, and local regulatory requirements.
 
The company fully complies with transparency and anti-corruption requirements, in line with the Sapin II law. These principles guide all our business and partnership practices.
Lastly, RX Solutions publishes a CSR report presenting the indicators, results, and progress of its approach, built on a pragmatic, results-driven framework.

Carbon footprint Assessment

 
As a committed company, RX Solutions completed its greenhouse gas emissions assessment in 2024, marking the starting point of its decarbonization journey.
  
This assessment made it possible to measure the company’s environmental impact, identify its main sources of emissions, and define a clear reduction pathway. It forms the foundation of all environmental actions implemented by RX Solutions.
 
RX Solutions has therefore set a target for 2027: to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 10% while continuing to grow in France and internationally. Concrete actions have already been launched to achieve this target and are detailed as part of this initiative.

CSR Commitments - Industrial CT

Environmental  Impact and Travel

 
Aware of the challenges related to mobility and the emissions associated with travel, RX Solutions has introduced incentive-based measures to encourage more sustainable daily practices, especially for home-to-work commuting. These actions are directly aligned with the company’s carbon footprint assessment.
Business travel (trade shows, training sessions) is carried out primarily by rail. When this is not possible, carpooling is encouraged by sharing journeys between colleagues.
 
Lastly, in December 2024, all RX Solutions employees took part in awareness workshops such as the Climate Fresk and the 2 Tonnes Workshop, strengthening the teams’ collective commitment to the challenges of the ecological transition
 
 

Procurement and supplier relations

RX Solutions approaches procurement responsibly, with a framework based on respect for people, regulations, and its broader environment. These principles are formalized in a business code of conduct, which suppliers, partners, and subcontractors are expected to follow in order to uphold its mission, values, and CSR commitments.

Production and  Machine maintenance

RX Solutions equipment is designed from the outset to last and evolve over time. Systems installed in the company’s early years, starting in 2006, are still operating today, demonstrating the robustness and quality of our designs.

RX Solutions machines are upgradeable: their architecture allows components to be added or replaced to adapt to customers’ technical needs. Equipment repairability is guaranteed for at least 10 years after a product line is discontinued. To date, no machine in the RX Solutions installed base has been scrapped due to non-repairability or obsolescence.

Recruitment & diversity
Our recruitment strategy is designed to promote equal opportunity at every stage of professional life. RX Solutions recruits diverse profiles, with particular attention to gender balance, age, and non-linear career paths. The company also welcomes interns and apprentices in order to support youth training and facilitate access to employment, in a spirit of non-discrimination.
 
Inclusion of people with disabilities
RX Solutions implements a proactive inclusion policy, led by the HR Manager, who also serves as the disability coordinator. This approach aims to improve working conditions, support job retention, foster professional integration in partnership with local stakeholders, and raise awareness among all employees. With equal qualifications, applications from people with disabilities are given priority. Related indicators are published each year in the CSR report.
 
Well-being & prevention of psychosocial risks
Committed to the well-being of its employees, RX Solutions pays particular attention to the prevention of psychosocial risks. The HR Manager is trained in mental health and workplace safety, and an annual individual psychosocial risk assessment is conducted to identify improvement areas and ensure a healthy, respectful working environment.

Employee health and safety are a top priority for RX Solutions. The company’s activities, which involve materials and technologies presenting risks inherent to the business, are managed through a structured prevention approach based on compliance with regulatory requirements, team training, exposure control, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
 
This approach is supported by reference organizations (AST74, CARSAT, UIMM, INRS), specialized service providers, and regulatory monitoring carried out in coordination with UIMM. Oversight is provided by a Safety Steering Committee, which meets monthly to ensure action follow-up and a long-term cross-functional approach.
